We are an outreach team of nurses and allied staffs who offers support with:

  • Daily medication delivery and administration

  • Daily pharmacy reconciliation and pickup

  • Daily mental health assessment and reporting

  • Promote compliance to community treatment orders

We visit Individual homes, group homes, shelters, streets or ravines during and after work hours to administer clozpn and/or other medications.
